The Pet Foster Network helps animal rescue groups and shelters to recruit as many foster parents as possible. Our goals are to promote the joys and needs of pet fostering in North Carolina, and to provide educational materials to develop successful foster programs.

The Pet Foster Network is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that incorporated in 2004 (EIN: 20-5307727). It does not benefit from tax dollars or any government funding. It is supported by individual donors like you. All donations to the Pet Foster Network are tax-deductible.
